MBox for XP. Will it work with Cubase etc.?
I'm considering what audio (and MIDI) interface to get for my laptop (running XP pro). Mac people have reccomended the MBox. When it arrives will it be possible to use it with Cubase and so on as well as the bundled Pro Tools LE? I'm more familiar with Cubase than anything else, and most of my work will be 'MIDI with a bit of audio' rather than the other way round. I know squat about ProTools, but people tell me its MIDI interface is weak. I see from the archives that people with other ProTools interfaces are still waiting for ASIO drivers, and also that some people have had difficulties with USB on Windows.
