Default Network Solutions vs PowWeb

I need a hosting site for my website and also for my FTP. Anyone use Network Solutions? Are you happy? How about PowWeb? Any problems, etc.?

Thanks.

Michael,

we discussed ISPs, and PowWeb in particular, not that long ago. For a quick set of answers, I refer you to that (do a search). Make sure to compare what you get for your money.

IHTH.

I'm on PowWeb, and have been very happy, although I only use it for FTP and email, no website up yet. But very cheap, haven't witnessed any real downtime, and seems like for FTP, it's pretty fast. No complaints here, and it's what, $7 a month or something. A very good bargain.

If your talking about iPowerWeb, its great I have eight sites there that I designed and maintain. They just opened a new huge data center in Phoenix. The staff is in Santa Monica and you can call them up and talk most any time. Fast, cheap, all the goodies included, 10GB of space, and a very good interface--what more could you ask for and that's why they are rated #1!

Powweb has been working for me as an FTP, and host, for a couple of years now. No complaints. I think when I signed up I started with 5G of storage?? It's at 40G now, and they didn't increase my price. Good speed & uptime.
