Single channel ATTO Card - Steve
I am running pt 5 mix plus plus on a B&W G3, 7 slot magma expansion, 3 seagate cheetahs, etc, etc.
When the original compat documents were out they said to use either the single channel or dual channel atto cards, now with the new compt documents, on a b&w G3 it says to use only the dual channel card: (1) what problems were found with the single channel card. (2) I am actually running 2 atto single channel cards in slots 3 and 4 of the G3 - do you forsee any problems with this. My chain is - slot 3 atto - a DDS4 backup drive / and yamaha CDR drive. Slot 4 atto - the 3 seagate cheetahs. Thanks Steve. Cory Bitner River Rock Music Ltd.

Re: Single channel ATTO Card - Steve
Cory,
I don't see any major issues with the configuration you've got. Just make sure the audio drive bus is set to a Synch Rate of 20 (10). ------------------ --Steve Rosenthal, Digidesign ETS
