What is the Start Key in Pro Tools Le (Windows)

Does anybody know what the Start Key is in windows for Pro Tools Le? It is mentiioned numerous times in the Pro Tools Reference Guide but I have no idea what it is. It is certainly not an actual key on a standard PC keyboard. The short cut instruction is phrased as follows in the Guide:

Press the Start Key (Windows)+ XXX or the Control Key (Macintosh)+XXX

For that matter does anyone know of a comprehensive list of keyboard shortcuts for PT LE? The one in the guide is horrible compared to other programs like SONAR and Nuendo.

It is the "windows"key next to the alt keys on your board
As for the shortcuts, get yourself the pro tools stickers from digi. They helped me a lot and it comes with a nice fold out listing all the short cuts for PT.

The Start modifier is also referred to as the Windows modifier -- it normally has a Windows logo on it and opens the Start menu in Windows.

The keyboard shortcut list is available as a PDF file and available via the help menu inside Pro Tools. The PDF has been restructured for 6.9 and can be downloaded at the Docs link below.
