Structure v1.1 error 9031 and 9019

This is coming from a thread in the Windows HD user's forum but a Mac user also chimed in and is experiencing the same issue. I thought posting here would alert Digi to check it out. These errors (9031 and then 9019) show up intermittently and force one to close ProTools and then relaunch - sometimes locking up on the relaunch requiring a reboot. The error states that the DAE engine cant keep up, blah blah blah, but it only happens when structure (1.1) is in the session. If I make all tracks with structure inactive, I'll never see that error .. ever.

If this was me I'd report this behaviour through official channels.

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem. It renders Structure useless for me. Unfortunately the latest updates (PT 8.0.4, Structure 1.1) didn't resolve the issue.

Avid, some investigation would be appreciated.

insanesounds, I doubt that is just the two of us...

Are you running a lot of different VIs? I am. Maybe it's caused by a combination of plug-ins.

I'm sure it's not just the two of us but yeah, running a lot of plugins usually but it'll happen with 1 Structure or 2. But if structure is not there, or like I have been doing for some sessions, just deactivating them to continue working, I will NEVER see that error, no matter how many or how many different VIs I have going. So it's either commit to audio and get rid of structure in the session, or deal with the intermittent errors. Frustrating.. Never had that error b4 I went to v1.1.

I see we both have the magma chassis. Cant see how that can be an issue though...

Is there anyone around of the AIR team? I really would like to know whether I have to drop Structure altogether. It's impossible to work with those -9031 errors. Could it really be the case that the issues are caused in combination with the Magma chassis???

Can you zip up your log files folder from inside your Pro Tools folder, and email it to me at : vi [at] digidesign [dot] com.

Also, if you can tell me what kind of session parameters these sessions are using as well as any troubleshooting you've tried, it would help immensely. The Help Us Help You thread has more detail about what we need to know.
