Default Importing Sonar files to ProTools LE

Can anyone tell me if Sonar Bundled files can be imported into ProTools? I'm trying to find out if there is an easier way to get the files into ProTools than having to save them out one by one from Sonar as .wav files. I'm kind of new to importing files from other programs, especially if they may be proprietary.

Thanks for your help.
EG
