update firmware

upon startup of PT it asked to update firmware, i said ok and it went mostly through it's lengthy process and lost communication with 002r and/or network ability. So i had to cancel the update in order to exit without force. I know i should update this but now it doesn't give me the option since i cancelled. Is there anyway to manually update the firmware?

edit:

ok, i found the firmare updater in the digidesign/protools/protools utilities. this updater is ONLY marked for mbox!!! also, i use a cmlabs Motormix for mixing and this is acting very strange now (since the update firmware request by PT). the screen blinks in and out while in session and faders respond strangely.

i have recenlty upgraded to 6.7 then 6.9updates, here's my specs:

dell inspiron 6000 w/915gm chipset
1.6 ghz p-M
002r & mbox (not simultaneously of course)
2 Gs of ram
7200 external 160GB maxtor
30 GB internal
