Default PT2019 and Alt

With PT2018 when I clicked 'Alt + output_routing' I was able to route only the tracks selected, now with PT2019 ALL the tracks are impacted by my routing ...

Yes, and that's how it's always been. It's not true that pressing only alt did anything else but change the setting for every track in the session.

You mis-remember.
On Windows, Alt applies to all tracks. Alt+Shift applies to selected tracks. (Option and Option+Shift for Macs)

This has been the way it is since time eternal.
