Recording 16bit digital to 24bit digital
What is the best way to record 16 bit digital to 24 bit digital. (Yamaha 02r to the 888/24)

Can you get a little more specific?
If you're going digital from 16 bit output to 24 bit input, there shouldn't be an issue. The top 16 bits of the 24 bit file will have audio, the bottom 8 will be empty. You won't gain anything, but you won't lose anything either. Are you having a compatibility or sync problem? ------------------ Angelo Quaglia AQ Productions

You certainly won't gain anything but you will lose disk space.
Digi, why can't we mix 16 and 24 bit audio files? |
