My system audio doesn't work now

So I installed 6.7 on my G5 and immediately did the 6.9 upgrade. Now my system sound doesn't work. I can hear all PTLE sound when I'm running my 002, but nothing else.

This is normal, with or without the CoreAudio driver installed. The installer for the Digidesign CoreAudio Driver v6.9 is included in the Pro Tools LE 6.9 installer as a choice during the Pro Tools installation process. However, Mac system sounds cannot play through the Digidesign hardware:

If you are saying that your system sounds do not play out of your Mac speaker or line out, then it is probably something in your System Preferences->Sound->Output settings. Check your Output volume settings there.
