Default McDSP and Waves prices - looking around

Ok, i'm sure this is not the 'first' post like this.

I have to buy my own plugins now, after being spoiled using a friends set for
a long time.

I miss my McDSP's and Waves plugins.

Where oh WHERE is competitive pricing on these?

Everywhere I look it's the same price.

Does anyone beat prices, or do any of you guys know absolutely great dealers?

Thanks -

their old site didn't really post prices or products on them; dunno what they'll do with the new site, but the general idea with them is that you email or call them for pricing, ordering, and whatever else. if you do call them, ask for anthony in pro audio, he's the best dude there.

www.Altomusic.com is by far the best. You usually have to email them to get their bottom dollar though. I just scored Waves RenMaxx for $375. www.audiomidi.com has the second best prices. They wanted $390. I wouldn't for a second thing that Sweetwater would have remotely near those good of prices.

These guys aren't bad either http://www.digitalproaudio.com/

I think Altomusic had good prices on McDSP stuff. You can usually get that stuff for about $395 I think. I wish they'd come out with a cool bundle for a discounted price. I love thier stuff, but can't really justify spending the $$ on it. I have Filterbank, but was lucky enough to find it used and unregistered.

I really wish I had Compressor Bank or Analog Channel too!

I would take all three of those any day over the waves pack(though I'm sure some people will disagree with me Technically, I'll get both anyways - but you're right, the McDSP's are unbeatable.

Looks like I might be giving these guys a call. Thanks everyone!
