Pro Tools 6.0 upgrade pricing

Okay folks, I am just going to repeat verbatim what I read on page 18 of the January 2003 issue of Electronic Musician.
"Digidesign
Pro Tools 6.0 for Mac OS X ($195.00; upgrade, $75.00)". And then the blurb goes into features but mentions no release date.
Thought you might want to know.
