Don't see my plugins in inserts

Just upgraded to 7.3.1 and I don't see my Sony and Bomb Factory plugs in the RTAS inserts? I see them in the library though.

What happened?

I've had the same problem from day one. None of the ignition pack plugins show up on my inserts. I've checked the install path according to the documentation and everything is in the right place. You can even see the plugins loading during the launch of PT. I'm stupmped. Guess I'll try technical support and let you know if they can help.

You guys most likely need to download and install the Intel Mac compatible updates for your plugs. I'm just guessing since neither of you listed your system specs as outlined in the "Help Us Help You" thread (which I strongly suggest you read before posting next time), but the most common problem with plug-ins not showing up is that you don't have the right version installed.
