Default Why not all audio files in the session audio folder?

When I create a new session, and drag a bunch of audio files into the session from a separate folder, then after working in the session saving it, only some of the audio files can be found in the audio folder inside the session folder. How come not all?

This is very annoying since I wanna be able to zip the entire session and send it to someone.

make sure under "preference -> processing" you have "automatically copy files on import" checked.

No, that wasn't checked. Thanks! Is there a way to do this in retrospect, since I have done lots of work in the session already?

same drive or different drive?
same drive: use Save Session Copy In: check the all audio box
different drive: set the source drive to Transfer in the Workspace then open the session and when Pro Tools ask have it copy all the files into the proper session

One bit of extra work is; when I am importing audio, sometimes I copy it into the session's Audio Files folder, then import right from that folder. Its an extra step, but it never has failed me

I set EVERY drive except my PT Session drive to T in the Workspace Browser. I rarely have lost media. I also do not have copy on import checked. I manage that manually with the import audio window. I used to drag and drop, but now I find staying in PT is better for my workflow.
