Default Will Avid Re-brand the C24?

I have just plunged 6 grand in to one of these beauties, and was wondering if Perhaps Avid will re-brand this with their name on it or if we are going to see an update any time soon?

Just wondering

Rob

Considering Avid showed little love for their own controllers in PT10 (multi system for D Command/Control) I don't think they'll do anything for the C24. They seem weeded to pushing the former Euphonix stuff.

I would be supprised if any changes aren't limited to changing the Logo once the current stock runs out.

Depends on how much money Avid wants to put into the change as they'd have to change the silkscreen of the front panel from what I can see of the unit in pics online.

hmmm, good point. Only reason I ask is I just bought one and thought if they change the logo or anything, I would be sooo annoyed considering the "Bargain Price" that these things are on the market for.

I had the Euphonix artist series and found them to be cheap and plastic feeling for the money. Yes it would be nice to have the colour touch screen on a C24, however I did find it to be a bit gimmicky and unessential considering you can view the plugin on the monitor of your mac itself.

I was previously using a command 8 which I found to be of really good quality. Thing that let it down.. only 8 faders haha
