Default DigiLink I/O not being seen by Pro Tools

EDIT: Resolved. I did the trouble shooting and reinstalled the driver. Not sure which fixed it but it's working now.

I had to wipe my hard drive and reinstall High Sierra. Everything is working with the exception of Protools seeing my Digilink I/O license. Other programs recognize my Symphony converters which are connected to my HDX card as well as Audio Midi set up. But once I launch Protools, it doesn't see my Symphony system and when I open Audio Midi via Protools, the Symphony system is not seen like it is when I open Audio Midi outside of Protools.

The Digilink I/O license is on my ilok, I tried deactivating and reactivating but it didn't help.

How do I get Protools to recognize my Digilink I/O license?

Thank you!

There aren't any Apogee drivers or maybe the ilok software that you need to re download? PT should see the digilinki/o asset on your ilok.

I don't think so S.D. I downloaded the iLok app and the apogee software and installed both. It's strange because Protools does see the Protools license, just not the Digilink license, which is on the same iLok. Luckily I do know that the HDX card and Symphony converters are talking as other apps are able to access all the I/O, it's just Protools that won't see it.

I'm going to try all the troubleshooting stuff Avid talks about and will reload the HD driver to see if that helps
