Help Loading samples in Structure

This is the problem:
I try to load a sample from the DVD's content folders
but I don't see the yellow icon, the one that " Structure Factory Libraries" shows.
The "Structure Encrypted Samples" shows only a white paper icon and when I drag
and drop nothing happens.
I have no problem loading the " Structure Factory Libraries" (because they have a yellow icon?)

Please, help would be appreciated.

DVD's 2-5 is waveform content only, DVD 1 contains the Patches, that access the waveform content.
