Default How to sync my casio ctk-6000 keyboard with protools 11
Does anyone know how to instruct me on how to sync my casio CTK-6000 keyboard with protools11 so that when I record and/or press play on the keyboard/or protools they start recording at the sametime? If anyone can give me a step by step on how to do it i would appreciate it. I am using a mac book pro and mbox.

Hi, I believe your keyboard would have to be able to generate and/or receive MTC (Midi Time Code) for this to work, and it doesn't look like the CTK-6000 is capable of that.

Why do you need them to start at the same time?

I would feel more comfortable doing it that way, but if it's not capable of such functions i won't sweat it. Thanks for the information.
