Default Protools 10 + Win 7 - Canopus 110 problem

The "Pro Tools 10 Video Peripherals" page on this Avid site states that the Canopus 110 is an interface that is compatible with Pro Tools 10. I Have Pro Tools 10.3.4 running on Windows 7/64bit. I have the Canopus 110 on the main board 1394 port and my audio interface on a separate 1394 PCI card.

I have a QT DV video clip in my session. Options->Video Out Firewire is not greyed out so PT sees the interface which is on and looks happy.

My problem is that when I click "Video Out Firewire" the PT video window opens and Video Out Firewire is not checked so, of course, I get no video out through the firewire.

Since Avid states that this interface is supported for Pro Tools 10 I assume ther is some magic sauce to get this working.

Can anyone help?

So it appears that Avid has incorrect info on their compatibility pages. This is not too reassuring I guess I just wasted $200.

The Canopus 110 and 100 are not supported in PTools 11 (doesn't indicate whether MAC &/or Win) so says the PT 11 video peripherals page.

I can confirm this from tests this week. In the Pro Tools help file it mentions that a Mac is required for FireWire video output, but still nothing about this on the Avid specifications page.
