Default MBox Pro 3 Mountain Lion Drivers

The driver update page has a new driver for 1.1.2 for the MBox Pro 3; however I downloaded the "new" driver and it states that it is still the old one (1.0.16). I will get in touch with Avid today...

I have installed the driver 1.1.2 on Mountain Lion, but the Panel "MBox Pro" Crash! The report of the Crash show the version number: 1.0.14... before I had 1.0.15 and it work! What's happen?

Bad link. I have reported this to Avid. Spoke with a rep as well as traded emails. Be patient for a day and it should be fixed! Roll back to ur other driver for now.

Bad link. Spoke and traded emails with an Avid rep and all should be well soon.

But it's still buggy like hell !!!
Obviously less than the first release 1 1/2 years ago...
So maybe in a few releases we might be lucky they almost disappear...

AVID has never given a proper response to if it's the driver or the hardware that causes the problems... Would be nice to know if I have to go to the shop and claim a new device or just be patient that you one day get that driver/firmware code cleaned for bugs!

If you stop treating non-HD customers like that, it could only be helpful to that financial situation we all know you're in...

Most of us left are "still" very faithful to your products - and that's a gift these days.. ;-)

My tuner still does not work but everything else is good. Even though my firmware said it updated, I suspect there was an issue there. But the bugs are pretty near gone for me. I would say my most stable system was 10.2 on the last Lion. I was hopeful that the upgrade would get my tuner back!

All in all I am happy - and Avis responded immediately when I called them to discuss the link.

Guys I needed to make a freshs intall of OSX. I've updated the osx to 10.8.4, installed the new Mbox driver 1.2.0 and after restart the HW can not find the device. I've tried repairing permissions, reinstall etc. Does anybody experience the same on 10.8.4?
