Default Ptf

I use a behringer um2 on windows, i only get output sound from ptf when i put the interface on relaxed(22ms) of latency which is too much, i did put the application priority to high( i think this is how you dedicate ram and cpu power to ptf) i have i7 8th gen cpu and 8 gig ddr4 ram and ssd i should be able to tun ptf at a lower latency like 2ms

Default Re: Ptf

2 things to try:
#1-set Windows Sound Properties so that Windows does NOT use the um2 as its "Default Playback Device"(set it to the on-board sound card). This will allow Pro Tools to control the um2 without any Windows interference.
#2- Set (in Pro Tools) the playback buffer to the lowest setting(probably 64 or 128)
