AIR fx acces violation message

Hi fellas ,i'm using PT 10.3.10 native coninstaled with PP 11 or 12 it depends and windows 7 project mix io.Well i have this message during PT 10 launch reading the plugins a acces violation appears in for ex AIR spring verb but it ocurs with a brainworks plugin too.Any tips about how to solve the problem?Thanx a lot!!
