Have you tried trashing prefs?

Googling AAE error 6009 brings up the possibility that sharing your audio interface with Windows may be causing a conflict. Put the Windows default audio device back to onboard input and output so that only Pro Tools is accessing the M-Audio Air 192|14
Hi

I did this:

Pro Tools 11, 12, and 2018
Close Pro Tools.
Hold the Windows key on your keyboard and press R.
When the Run window appears, type %appdata% and press OK.
Open the Avid folder, and delete the Pro Tools folder.
Restart your computer and launch Pro Tools.

still have same error:

There are more active audio tracks than the allowed maximum.
As a result, one or more audio tracks well not play.

after saving 4 audios

now computer sound working on sound card Realtek Audio deferent than the Pro Tools hardware M-Audio 192/14

Please help and tell me what to do to fix this issue

Thanks

I didn’t see your reply until now.

I would try a complete uninstall and reinstall of both Pro Tools and the M-Audio driver.

If that doesn’t work, try installing ASIO4all and try using the onboard audio with Pro Tools and see what that does.

Same these error come after saving each track

1-There are more active audio tracks then the allowed maximum. As a result, one or more audio tracks will not play

2-Could not complete the Exit command because Access violation occurred, unable to read location: 0x0000000000000000

Pro Tools verion 2020.12

Thanks

Share just the Pro Tools session file via Dropbox or your favorite file sharing service and I’ll take a look.

There's some weird drive allocations especially with those G and H drives. And what speed are those 8 TB spinners (D & E drives)?

Disk allocation has nothing to do with track counts. However the original poster has not told which sampling rate the session is running. PT Standard maxes out at 32 tracks if the session is 192kHz. No reason to edit/mix in that resolution, but for some bigger number is better, but in this case it is not.
