Move playhead leaving the clips selected
In some circumstances I would like to select some clips of a track and then move the playhead leaving those clips selected But I can't find the way to do it. Every time that I move the playhead the selection is disabled. Is there a way to do what I want?
Thank you https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/e3hcf...yi4csy6jw&dl=0

Re: Move playhead leaving the clips selected
Disable Timeline Selection follows Edit Selection in the menu bar, click in the timeline ruler to select your playback position.

Re: Move playhead leaving the clips selected
I had tried it but it didn't work because I clicked just below the time ruler, on the tempo or meter sector.
Thank you

Re: Move playhead leaving the clips selected
For this to work you must to do things:
1. Unlink timeline selection and edit selection 2. Only drag timeline selection on whatever ruler you have designated as the main ruler - the your edit selection on the clip selected will stay selected You can also just move the playhead as long as you click where the main ruler is. |
