Pro Tools Subscription renewed but licenses expired
Hello,
I have a 1 Year Subscription to ProTools and I was billed April 11, and the payment was taken from my bank April 13. On My Avid account it says my account is active and my next payment is May 11.However, my iLok Cloud says no active license and my subscription expired on 4/11/20. Can someone please help me get my iLok fixed? Not sure why there's no liscense showing on my iLok this month when I was charged and it successfully renewed. Please help! I would advice everyone who has this issue starts a free support case and post their ASC here as it will be a quicker and smoother ride for everyone affected.
Avid support are alerted and aware and as this is most likely a third party issue (Yes Avid is responsible in the end) it is sunday night in corona times so I know the techs are looking into this and it will be resolved. Hang tight and mets see what happens in a few hours when everyone involvez opens for the week.

HI there,
same problem for me since Saturday night, as it is describe in main posts My license is ok in avid profile but not in the Ilok. You can synchronize if you want, it doesn't work. It seems Avid doesn't synchronize with the ilok licenses. I need to get back to work case open 03928597 PLEASE HEEEEEEEEEELP
