Have you tried removing all but the Avid plug-ins from the system?

The one thing I see in your Sandra report is the two drives for "Programs". Is PT installed on your C drive? If not, it should be. As you say you have had problems with all those versions of Windows, it points to your system not being set up properly, or incorrect usage of it.

Increase your Playback Engine>Disk Cache Size. I do know somehow mine got disabled and I didn't realize it and a soon as I clicked Record I would get overload error crap and that didn't make a difference if I recorded nothing or something, same error. I up'd mine to 8GBs and boom it works great, no issues whatsoever.
