Default switching platforms

So i have smartdisk Firelite drive...i started the session on an Mbox (OSX) and then switched to pro tools HD on OS9--it was working ok until today.. Now when i try and open my session , the computer says it can't find any of the audio files. So it could find them one day and then a few days later couldn't find anything. Anyone have this problem before and know how to fix it so i can use my drive on both?
