Default Exporting timings from track

Hi, I am still very new to Pro Tools. I want to put labels on different parts of the audio track, like at the end of each sentence in a audiobook narration.

And then I want to capture the timings for each one of the labels and export to a file format like excel.

Please let me know if you have any thoughts on this.

Y
