NEED HELP ASAP!! GFI boxes

I am supposed to close on a Condo tomorrow. There is an Electrical issue that has come up...

Who knows what about GFI boxes?? Apparently there is no ground. I don't understand this whole thing. What's it mean for audio? Interference? 60 Cycles?

And yes, it came up today 'cuz my broker is a ^%!&*^!%@

All of the outlets are 2-pronged.

Ito clarify: I understand upgrading to 3 prong is no biggy but I am worried about groundloops if I am groundgin with the box.
