Default Audio Clock/Sample Rate Error

I have been editing a session that was recorded in 48k/24-bit for the last week on Pro Tools 10 LE with absolutely no problems what so ever. In the last couple of days I started to encounter an error that the "audio clock or the sample rate do not match the session." It started as I was going through and bouncing each of the songs from the session. I would have to close PT, open the session, then it would bounce fine. As soon as I moved to the next song, the same error would appear and I would have to close PT, open again and then it would work. I managed to grit my teeth, work extra time and finish the job. The last straw came tonight as I started to edit the song. I was going to add a kick sample to beef up the kick drum. As I was auditioning the various kicks that I have, the message came up again. All I had to do, though was wait a second and then the sample would play after the message was closed out. Once I got the sample in, the message returned, I closed the session before I threw my computer and am now theraputically typing here and sipping my Jack on the rocks to calm down.

Is this user error or an error with PT 10???? For my computer's sake, please help.

This can happen if you are using Mac Core Audio as source... Core Audio is the single WORST solution Apple has EVER brought to OS X...

The system constantly changes the sample rate... Make sure NO other Audio Apps are running. And try to delete the AMS preferences..
