Default Hybrid question

If I wanted part B to only be triggered by a velocity of say... 125-127

So essentially: I would like for Part B to stay muted until a velocity of about 125-127 is played.

Is this even possible? If so, how would I achieve this?

Thanks!

Hey Russ! Thanks for replying mate.

I tried playing with that. I assigned velocity to the MOD Volume but the results were strange. What confuses me is the value slider. Does a value of 100% really mean 127?

Another thing I wanted to do was assign aftertouch to pitch so when I apply more pressure, the pitch does a smooth dive much like it would with a whammy bar on a guitar. But again, I get nothing. What is the best way to do this with Hybrid?

Also try Velocity via Amp Env. This won't give you velocity numbers but feel your way with percentage.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I tried them out and unfortunately, they didn't work as expected. I'm wondering if this a design limitation or even a bug in Hybrid? Doesn't seem like it should be this difficult to achieve.

Tried it with no luck. Thanks though!

Russ: Do you think AIR could give us an explanation about the percentage sliders in Hybrid and how (if at all) they relate to midi data -- values 0-127 to be specific?

Thanks for all your great work!
