Default DAE Compatability ok now?

My system Digi 001 5.0 and MLCD 2.2 operated just groovy for 6 months this year. I was exicted when the Digig 001 5.0.1 update arrived (in June?) and installed it. Trouble between MLCD 2.2 and digi 001 sharing the updated DAE 5.0.1 occured and the 001 would not even boot up. Digi tech support tried to help (thanks!) but it was only after a fresh reinstall of OS 8.6 and general house cleaning of programs that we got up and running again. I reistalled MLCD 2.2 and the old digi 001 5.0 to get everthing working again. Is this new release of MLCD 2.3 gonna allow me to update to Digi 001 5.0.1 & the new 5.1 release to a successful result? Hope so.
