Pro Tools LE 5.3.1 download form will not submit

I am a Pro Tools LE 5.1.1 owner and I am trying to download version 5.3.1. Having filled in the download form correctly (including my authorisation code for 5.1.1) at http://archive.digidesign.com/downlo...winle/form.cfm, and hit the "I Accept - Download" button, the submit page loads (http://archive.digidesign.com/downlo...nle/submit.cfm) giving what looks like a ColdFusion error, the text of which is as follows:

Is this a known issue that is being worked on? Is there an alternative page for downloading Pro Tools LE 5.3.1?
