OMS doesn\'t recognize my midi controller anymore

I've been happily using my yamaha clavinova pf-100 to control my midi input into the digi 001 for over 2 years now. the OMS easy set up recoginzed the keyboard as an input device. But recently I started getting error 6 messages on the keyboard screen which the manual refers to as a device number mismatch. but I kept right on recording until now. Now oms doesn't recognize the keyboard when it scans my set up. What should I do?
