ProTools LE on a MAC I -Book G3

I am anxiously awaiting for the MBox to come out and I have ProTools LE and have not installed it yet on my Mac I-Book G3. I would like to install LE on it now so that I may start working with some tracks recorded at another studio on ProTools...will this create problems for me when the MBox is available? What I am asking is , If I install LE before I have the MBox will I have a problem making it all work when I have the MBox later?

You can't install LE on your ibook at all. Pro tools won't launch unless it detects its hardware. So unless you have a piece of digi hardware attached, pro tools won;t boot. It will be the same way for the m box. You will have to have it attached to launch pt, but you can then disconnect it, if you just want to mix, edit, etc. So the short answer is: there won't be a conflict because it can't be done.
