Default Motorized Faders

Hi
Just got a MC control and i am trying to figure out how it all works until now I haven´t had any problems. I just wonder why the 4 motorized faders moves so fast to the start position after closing down a session. The fader knobs almost falls out and I have to press them back into position.
Isn´t it possible to adjust the fader tempo?
