i'm not sure how a post i started got moved/tacked on to Benoni's post, but here i am none-the-less.

This is not meant to be my thread only, its meant for all presets for the 11R.

If you post them in here, they won't get lost when more posts come, same for any 11R song threads, they should be posted in the 11R Tracks/Song thread.

It keeps everything clean and easy to find.

Hi Benoni,

I will be trying out your awesome presets.
For Mesa Boogie Dual Rec MODERN - PACK #2, what are the difference between Mesa Dual Rec Te, T7, Sg etc? Amp settings?

Is it possible to get a warm lead sound without using the Para EQ? I am thinking of keeping it simple by relying only the green JDC OD, Amp tweaking and Cab.

First off, HUGE repsect to BENONI for taking the time to make some great presets!! I wanted to post the results of my endeavor to make a "DJENT"/"GRIND"/"DEATHCORE" sort of tone as I"ve never heard a decent one yet from anyone using an 11 Rig.

Most "High Gain" patches on the 11 run towards traditional Mesa sound or towards mush/fizz. The essence of a "Djenty" tone is a nearly Mechanical Grinding ala Mishal "Bulb" Mansoor.

The good news is that the ELEVEN is the ONLY multi processor I've tried (Short of an Axe FX or Kemper) that can actually pull this off.

The trick of course is the parametric EQ prior to the primary gain stage which it seems nobody else has figured out yet somehow? Anyhoo, here is a preview. I'll post the patch as well.

I quite like the sound of that patch! It would be great to hear it in the context of a basic mix as well to see how it sounds/competes with other instruments.

I am working on a new batch of high gain patches as we speak, but they won't be ready for at least a month.

As far as EQ before amp, that has actually been done quiet a bit by me and Singtail and several others. You would have to go through some older patches that have been posted here and on elevenrackpresets.com, but that technique has indeed been used.
