9073 errors

I currently can only get about 12 track using Digital Performer 2.72. Ive tried the obivious(Speed disk, raise memory, check atto 20/10, save file to new disk, consolidate audio) Motu says its a Digi problem and Digi tells me its a DP problem. Has anybody had this problem. Also, it works fine with pro tools.
