Student purchase included 4yrs of releases never got Pro Tools 12

Please check your Avid Account and go to your Products Not Yet Downloaded. You should be able to activate your PT 12 there. Just let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you!

I bought my version of Pro Tools 11 on 27/8/2013 while i was studying.

I bought the educational package that had 4 years of free upgrades. Many of my classmates that bought the exact same package at a similar time received the upgrade to Pro Tools 12.

I never received the upgrade.

I would like to know if it is at all possible to get the upgrade, and how I can go about it?

I have a Pro Tools 10 student crossgrade purchase from 10/04/12 and never received a PT12 upgrade. I have looked in products not yet downloaded.

I never bothered before because I was happy with PT10/11, but I recently got a new MBP that shipped with El Capitan and Pro Tools 11 is very buggy.

Any chance on still receiving that upgrade ?

The program for Student purchases that included 4 years of releases ended in April 2013. If you are still a qualifying student, the upgrade can be found here.
