Default Video sync problems with PT9

Hello

Today i noticed, that i have serious sync problems with video in PT 9.
with ADC on, and ( for example) a noise reduction tool like x-noise on a audio track, my video isn't in sync anymore
Also my delay indicator light is nearly ALWAYS red, which means i'm running out of samples if i understand that right.
in the playback menue, ADC is set to "long" per channel
I mean, can this be? I don't use that much plugs on a normal post production session, some oxford compressors and ssl eqs, maybe some verbs or delays, that's it.
I thonk it's a problem with the video in PT9, cause audio is delayed perfect but the video isn't.
Anyone can help me or have some ideas?
My system is a mac pro quad 2Ghz, 5gb ram, OSX 10.6.4. Digi 002

Do you have a video sync offset set? are you working to Quicktime or external video?

Part of your problem might be X-Noise, if I recall correctly it causes a massive delay, even beyond the scope of Delay Compensation to sort out, so it might be your audio being out of sync with your picture, rather than the other way round. Probably best used as Audiosuite render on a duplicate of your edited track.

+1 to Ruthven's statements.

To clarify -

'Long" Delay Compensation only compensates for up to 4095 samples per channel.

X-Noise induces 5120 samples of delay.

Thus if you use X-Noise as RTAS, it's going to delay your audio.
