(hi)can't download PT 7.3?,mobilprea drivers PT7 in CD won't work

Hi all.
( windows Xp HE Sp3. m-audio mobilpre, PT7)
1.- i have installed Internet explorer 8 is that why PT
giving me problems?? are there no fixes yet?
2. the drivers that come in the CD for my mobilpre
will install but when i conect the interface and the
pop up windows apears it will be nonresponsive
3.Does drivers are from 2006 the ones that come
in the PT Cd that they say you need to install them
in order to Pt recognize them
4. have installed normal the latest drivers for mobilpre,but can't .find the New ones that are for PT7
5.' cant dowload PT 7.3 update whats wornd with the page?


have been trying for some days to fix this but no result
and have been looking at manuals etc
