-9129 errors???

PT 10.3 and OS 10.8.1

still getting -9129 errors - its high time we knew what these errors refer to?
A fellow poster suggested going down to 3 processors on my 8 core Mac.
It improved but its still happening...

All the obvious things like permissions, reinstalling, dumping prefs and moving slots with HD native card have been done....

Any Ideas?
