AVID.......IEP 40% off email not received

I have not received the email and code extending the 40% deal to registered users. I've emailed tech support ( navigating through the annoying menus on the new forum) and have yet to hear anything and I understand the deal runs out soon. I am a registered user. What can we do to rectify this while there's still time?

Can you help me out too. I'm also a registered user. I got a reply from the Avid store saying:

Please be aware that you have reached the Avid Webstore and
unfortunately we do not send those promo emails. Nevertheless, we have
escalated your situation to our Management Department in ticket # 4124
to try to give you a quick solution.

We will contact you as soon as we receive a response from them.

I just know they'll get to this on the 21st. That's my luck.

Yes. I got similar. Said they didn't handle it but to let them know if nothing got resolved. Digi themselves have been their usual silent.

I guess PT9 sales are going so good they don't need the business?

It appears that some ISP's may have blocked the emails entirely. We're looking into what happened and how to get it fixed.
