Default Is the anyway to only downlaod selected files

If a sender uploads multiple files is there anyway for the downloader to only download one of the files

If you upload multiple files in a single delivery then, no, you cannot seperate them out - you have to download the entire delivery.

If they want to have this ability, they would need to have just one file per delivery.
