Default Sources for System 5 Training- Need Advice

Hi All,
I'm looking for all possible means of System 5 training sources. I found these videos:

http://euphonix.avid.com/pro/video/?product=System%205

I was also able to download the user manual:

http://connect.euphonix.com/document...User_Guide.pdf

Are there any other sources that are available?

Thanks!!

thanks for this..

I will try and watch it all

I just have a few basic questions

how to assign one fader to follow selected channel on my PT session ( ala MC Mix )

how to press key - opens up EQ plug window ( PT session ) for selected channel ( ala Mc Mix )

ditto for surround panner,,

FYI I am freelancing and no one wants to ( or can? ) answer my question in the studio,,, I could prob get 15 mins to dive thru before the director comes -but my access is real limited - so would love some good tutorial to digest before nex session!!

love the ease of reassigning keys shortcuts - well handy!

There's a preference for opening (and closing) a plugin window when you press a function key.

I'm pretty sure surface follows Select isn't on S5MC.

the touch screen is quite handy once I figured u can select on the desk and pt at the same time ( the windows like icon select mode ) - thats given me access to EQ- havent used a knob like that in years!!!

also that gives me surround front back etc ( can I flip those onto faders? so they follow my selected track?

its quite a different work flow - shame it doesnt have a 'selected ' channel strip like I saw in the video's on System 5. this one doesnt have the 'register screen either

I am really struggling to get a 'flow' on - fader I want is always half a mile away and the bank buttons are laggy -

seems thwarted at every turn!

I made some basic layouts - thought they were locked to a track? - but if I use markers to show / hide tracks ( ie SFX only or dialog only masters etc ) then the faders that are hidden in protools disappear!

so not particulary locked to the surface - I must have missed something

I got another hour by myself maybe sat or mon night - then fullday with client tuesday

The panner windows is a much requested feature for all Eucon so hopefully we'll get that in sometime in the not too distant future
