Default Dummy load

I have to buy a dummy load for Fender Twin Reverb. But I don't know anything about those devices. My home studio is in row houses and Twin Reverb is extream loud.

(I am thinking to get Event TR 8 speakers. Do you have a opinion about these?)

HELP!! And thanx.

A dummy load is a low impedance, high wattage resistor bank that acks as the speaker load on an amp. using a dummy load means replacing the speaker with the dummy load, you'll get no osund out of the amp. typically they are sued for amp testing purposes.

If you're asking about the Events as a dummy load, they are not a dummy load.

I surfed around and find something:

http://www.custom-sounds.com/lb120.htm

Dummy load can be more than just testing. But price is so high than I have to know that my purchase is OK. Here LB 120 is 399€.

And that one misses one feature: multi ohm. Because I have a dream to own a Marshall some day. My Fender is 4 ohm and Marshalls are 8 or 16.

Do you know any multi ohm device? I don't find any.

Edit:
I am not asking about the Events as a dummy load. I know TR 8 is a studio monitor, but good or not?
