Lost Authorization Code

I recently formated my computer and i am in the process of putting pro tools back together again.
And it just so happens that i ripped the front cover of my Getting started manual and i don't the the code anymore. Now please tell me. Is there anything at all i can do? Do you only get one copy of the code with your software? I'm using Mbox and pro tools 7 and i got the factory package.

I mean there must be somekind of countermeasure for this sort of thing right? I mean it' would just be stupid if i would have to buy the whole package again?

But then again it was very very stupid of me to rip the ******n cover of the manual.

If you registered the Mbox, Digi Customer Service would be able to give you a replacement authorization code.

If you registered and received an amnesty upgrade to Pro Tools 7, or purchased an upgrade to Pro Tools 7 on the DigiStore, you would be able to access your code from the website...

Ah i see
Then how do i go about contacting customer service? And is there anyway to do this by e-mail or online in anyway? I am currently in Iceland so to have it sent to me would take a little much time...
