Extremely Frustrating/Odd 6086 and 6097 error problems!

Ok so to start, here's my system specs:
PT 9.0.2
OSX 10.6.6
2x2.26 Ghz Quad Core
6GB 1066 DDR3
Digi 002
Glyph Drives (Never been a problem for years so I doubt it's an issue)

Basically when I run a session with a decent number of plugins (2 VIs, Slate drums/Xpand2) + 2 guitar rig 3s and recabinets + other waves plugins, my computer eventually just starts chain 6086 and 6096 erroring, this is with a 512 sample buffer or higher. Session is 44.1Khz at 24bits

I tried setting the usable processors lower, still doesn't work. Also cleared all unused audio files. Also just deactivated the xpand instrument and it still chain errors.

Mind you this happens even when I'm not playing audio. I'll play a few seconds, and then it will lock up and give me the error, as soon as I click ok, it locks up for a few more seconds and gives me the same error again. Im running no other programs in the background aside from safari occasionally, and my cpu is never even closed to max usage.

Any ideas on how my computer could be failing so hard when It's a pretty beast comp?

Edit: I also just did a FULL uninstall and reinstall of pro tools, no avail.
