Default AudioSuite does not work properly.

When I select a region to apply an AudioSuite effect (gain, pitch shift, etc.), the region remains unaffected. The processed file is created in my Region List pop-up, but the original highlighted region is the same. I can manually drag the file from my Region List to its intended place, but this is very time consuming. This problem occured mid-session for the first time ever in the 3 years I have had my current set-up. I have already tried to "trash PT preferences," but the problem persists. Any suggestions?

There's an option (I think in Preferences) that will place the processed region where it should be, instead of the Regions Menu. Just check it off.

In the AudioSuite window, highlight the box "Use In Playlist".
That'll do the trick
