Default Multi-seat licensing

Avid has talked about the possibility of multi-site licencing since Namm 2018. A month ago, François Quereuil, Avid’s Director of Audio Product Management, stated that this would be available on april 8th. However, I can't seem to find any more information on this. Can someone point me in the right direction? Multi-site licensing will be huge for those of us working in education.
